Dutra Flat Spring

From my friend the pipe goes up the hill approx. 150 feet to a large bush believed to be poison oak. What the actual spring looks like he did not remember.

The pipe feeding the trough at Dutra Flat dried up last summer and is still not flowing although creeks are flowing and the ground is saturated nearby. Once years ago I followed the pipe up the hill looking for a spring or spring box and never found one.

Does anybody know where the water at Dutra Flat comes from and what we might do to get it flowing again?
