I only got a little over 1/4 inch up here on top of Plaskett, so I doubt it will put it out, but it will probably slow it down, I reckon. (Good Lord, am I getting that Alaskan twang?!? I hope not!!)

Santa Cruz is currently getting a good bit of it,
looks like it'll reach the south coast by morning.
Wind might flare things up in the mean time,
but here's a prayer for just enough water to put out the Chalk Fire...
