Re: Tassajara area aerial pics
The pictures are amazing. I was wondering if I could get permission to use them for a talk that I am giving next month.

Re: Tassajara area aerial pics
It is incredible, these photo's that is, it will be decades for the big sur back country to recover, if it ever will, I still see damage from the marble cone fire of the early 70's , hard to imagine with the 1000's of fire fighters out to protect this sacred land, and virtually no impact what so ever, is it worth it , the hundreds of millions of dollars that must be paid, money we do not have, maybe in the future , when big sur accumulates enough vegetation to burn again, perhaps we should just let it burn, save the very few structures that already exist, and save that tight money for a new university or something, anyways , just my two cents, thanks for reading my post !
