Ballinger Campground and Reyes Creek are in the Mt. Pinos Ranger District of the Los Padres and that has not been part of the closure order. The closure order is for the other ranger districts. (Monterey, Santa Lucia, Santa Barbara, and Ojai)

Two campgrounds in the southern Los Padres NF have just been opened, suggesting USFS is willing to make changes prior to their announced March 24 closure termination.
