3 Day Backpacking Trip without huge elevation changes?

First off, this board is great! This is my first post, but I'd like to thank everyone in advance for their insight. I'm looking to make a trip out to central/northern California this June to see a few friends. The last couple of years we have spent a few long weekends backpacking in Yosemite and are looking to switch it up this year. Does anyone know of a 3 day Big Sur trip that wouldn't include a large amount of elevation change and also the possibility of remote beach camping?
