The USGS lists only one hot spring (Sykes) in the Ventana Wilderness, and they generally know about such things. Also, if there were hidden hot springs of any significance, they wouldn't stay hidden; something likd hot springs wouldn't stay secret.
There have been claims of hot strings in the wilderness (other than Sykes) posted before, but never any information such as you might expect if anyone had actually been to any, such as location, terrain, water temperature, amount of water, size of pool(s) (if any), number of visitors, etc.
