No idea why, though we watched 2 caravans with armed troops leave FHL - I saw a supply truck leave with a manned gatlin gun, and another hummer with a gunner on top - surrounded with sand bags. Whatever they were doing - they didn't seem to be pretending. Someone else saw someone dressed as a Arab. I've heard that Special Forces train at FHL for a couple of weeks each year - may have been them.
