Whose blaming it on Bush??? JEEEZ! Just because I mention global warming, it's an automatic indictment of the current administration? Global warming started with the industrial revolution...not with the current administration. And looking back, the seven year cycle does play out, although not exactly at seven years all the time...2005, 1998-99, 1991 were pretty wet years.
