It truly is amazing, an extremely cool wedding of GIS mapping technology, gaming-type graphics rendering, broadband data streaming and wiki-like user participation - although as has been noted the resolution for the northern Santa Lucia area is limited.
You'll need at least Win2000 (pref XP), a good 3D graphics card and a broadband connection (DSL works fine) to use it.
